Found their customer support staff rude when requesting information.UPDATEI refer specifically to the emails from Noah Phan and Tracey when opening a demo account.It appears that these communications were not investigated prior to the response posted here from AMP.
Bunch of scammers, avoid. The reason they use MT5 is that the software is easily manipulated in favour of brokers with dubious plugins.Switched over from a reputable broker to these cowboys and am a successful ES scalper, however the slippage is insane and trying to scalp for one pip is near impossible. They are clearly manipulating MT5, have other traders in a whatsapp group who have cross referenced their trades with brokers they were using in the past and with AMP, and it is clear the slippage is not genuine. If you want to trade Futures with a broker who is Cypriot regulated and uses MT5 like all the bucket shop FX brokers go ahead, you will not be profitable with these clowns. Class action lawsuit coming...
I made some login mistakes and AMP support was able to sort that out quickly and gave me some links to consider for video training.They were very instrumental in getting me set up with MultiCharts. Another time I was having problems with my data connection. I asked for help and the AMP tech delivered help very quickly remotely. Set me up without any issues. Very impressed with the customer support, I love AMP!
