I have been waiting on a withdraw for 2 months now. The money keeps disappearing and reappearing on the apex wallet but I am still yet to receive it in my account. Been going back and forth via email support and still no resolution or a solid answer as to why I can’t get my withdrawal or what’s happening.SCAM! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The customer service is good. However when it comes to withdrawing by wire transfer it takes takes forever for it to be approved. I have requested a wire transfer from July 31, 2023 and august 7,2023 and to this day they are both pending. This is unacceptable, as I hear other people are having the same problem
Can improve on efficiency, but good so far I had some problem with withdrawal, but I just change the banking information to another and it was approve i guess the first bank that i put was not compatible but there system but good so far.
I had problems with transferring money from my trading account to my bank account however after sending an email it only took one night for the money to be sent to my bank account.
