Corporate Capitol Solutions was a great experience. Overall the process was straight forward, reasonable and lived up to what we agreed to at the start of the process. However, I did have a few surprises that did not make the experience 5 stars:1. The firm conducting the appraisal was not from the area and as a result it came in at an amount that was very conservative.2. A few terms of the loan were a surprise on the day of the closing. I suggest Corporate Capital confer on firms to use for the appraisal process for secured loan and that all terms and/or process issues that may delay loan funding be disclosed upfront.

I have just started out with this group and I can tell you that in a very short period of time I have found them to be Quick and very Professional and very great at this Loan and Investment Process. I had a great experience with these guys in helping close a loan on short notice. All involved were very professional and experienced.

Joe, Michael, and Cailin were professional and kind. They worked me through a difficult refinance with lots of glitches. There were many times I thought the refinance was a lost cause, including a change of lenders, but their patience and perservernce won the day.

Corporate Capital went out of their way to help my client get his existing rehab loan paid off with a new refinance of the existing construction loan. Not an easy deal and they were most helpful in finding a way to get this closed. Very good communication and they move quickly to resolve conditions.
