This company is a scam, please don't invest in this company all they do is scam and will never give you your profits, I tried getting mine and it was kept pending and later declined, I reported this issue to the police and within a few days I was referred to Margaret who I contacted through margaretsmithbeth @ gmail com , she guided me through the process and within a week I got my funds transferred to me without any delay

Stop complaining here. Be good and bringyour problem to chargeback organizationwritten on my name and get a refundotherwise you will wait for it forever.

PLEASE stay away from this company (Nadex) They are thieves, my money was stolen . They will request you send them your bank account information, plus your driver's license. I initially started with one thousand dollars, and lost about half of that. I tried to get the balance and they ask me for my bank acct, drivers licence and of course they had this information. I have to report to my bank and other places because these WET Backs have no shame. They will take a penny off a dead man eye. Stay away, PLEASE!!!!

I have only glowing things to say of Nadex but I'll mention just one here: Knockout Trades! If profiting from price action swings is what you're seeking, you've found your "Holy Grail"💰👀💯

Forget it.I uploaded my Bank Statement on the 17th of November to get verified. Not only is it not done, but no response to the Support Tickets. I wrote six times. Payment-Support-Payment-Support back and forth.I am not sure about the impressive "Regulated Story."I cannot withdraw.UPDATE on the 12th of December: still no answer, no Bank verification. I've requested to delete my account and send back whatever I have left. After all, I am not sure what I should expect. FINAL UPDATE: on the 14th, they finally contacted me and verified my Bank. It took almost a month to hassle.Withdraw Fee is USD 25.With such AWFUL Support, I do not recommend it.

Excellent platform easy to learn and reliable

Forget the customer support, the Live version of their interface is so slow and does not execute orders in a timely fashion. I placed an order, waited and nothing happened. I had to click the button twice to get it to finally place an order and then they chose the wrong order that I never clicked on. I lost money on that because their live interface is completely slow compared to the demo account. A total scam. I withdrew all my money and won't be using them again.I already contacted their customer support several days ago about the issue and I have not gotten any response. I'm sure they are aware that I can't prove the false clicks unless I'm screen recording all my trades. Either way I won't be using Nadex until they massively improve their interface.

The customer service has been great! Any questions or problems I’ve had nadex has been there for me!
