I spoke with Naomi first she was extremely helpful and tried multiple things to rectify my issue then (sorry did not catch gentleman’s name) from tehc support he as well was more then helpful and remote accessed my computer and found out it is a APEX issue He called/responsed back to meSuper Fast Thank You

I emailed ninjatrader support and was met with Fast, efficient and very effective Tech support from Erick and Manfred. Erick took the time to fix all my issues with remote log in and explained everything that was asked. I was extremely appreciative. Cannot praise enough. Thanks guys.Danny

The platform showed some smal errors that i was cool with that. What i was not cool is my aplication being refused and on the email no explanation why. I was realy thinking on buying the life time, specialy because of the order flow. I traded on multiple platforms for years and this never hapen to me. I guess they knkow what they doing. lol. realy realy unprofessional.
