As mentioned by others, support no longer answers emails or phone calls, and they won't close my Tillful Card account. Even if they did, according to many others on here, I'd be unlikely to get back my deposit, which is a violation of their terms. I've reported them to the CFPB and FDIC and I encourage others to do the same. Tillful has been downhill since they allowed Nav to acquire them.Update: After contacting Nav via email, X (@Navsmb), and finally phone, I was able to get my account closed and my funds returned to me. Now the only problem is I can no longer access my statements to do my taxes lol
Tillful sold over to Nav making it difficult to keep track of where to send the normal payments. After a couple days late and emailing them my account was closed and my deposit was never returned of $1000. I still receive to communication back from emails and no person to actually speak to. Stay away.
I’ve had the same problem as most. Started out good I just needed a secured business credit to start my business with out 700 on the credit card and finally was able to get a boa credit card. Came back to cancel the card and they would not give me my deposit back. Been calling and emailing since 10-1-2023 still not answer and no emails. Had to put in dispute with my card company. Don’t recommend
Had the same issue as many others. Put the money on the card once they receive the money they cancel the account and won’t return the money back. I smell a class action lawsuit coming!!!
No one answers the phone. I have a Tillful card and card is not being reported to the credit burues which is the only reason why I go this card and is the main purpose of this company.
Had an issue and it was answered they also sent my card via express mail to fix the problem! Thanks that really means a lot to me. I'm a firm believer that good business will always go far in the world and i appreciate your efforts. I'm looking forward to using my card! Thanks again.
You said this card was a new PG card and he did not hear about or check my credit, but you didn’t but for some reason you turned me down as a small business I would not even recommend you
I was promptly connected with a customer service rep named Ly who quickly looked into my concerns and readily answered all of my questions. She was very polite and helped me to resolve my issues immediately. So far I am very pleased with the services offered by tillful!
I have been extremely pleased with Tillful since I discovered the card and signed up. Being a small business owner, it's hard to get credit as well as credit cards that work for me and report to any of the small business credit bureaus. I am also very pleased with the customer service that I am receiving. Especially from Janrich. Janrich answers my questions in a very timely manner and even follows up with me down the road to see if I need anything else. It makes me feel like they really care.
