I'm so impressed that Sam actually did what all lenders claim to do - he listened to me! He and Vlad came up with options and we talked them through - pros and cons. (great teamwork). Then they presented the one that suited me best, with a solution for today and a plan for tomorrow. Sam's style is with the calm voice of a lender, not the fast-talking style of so many brokers. He's not desperate to make a deal - but to make a mutually rewarding lending relationship. Which he did!
