Horrible experience with this shambolic company. Sadly I stuck with them when they were going through a bad time. They had connection problems with the server and I was not able to trade for 2 weeks, without any replies to my emails, They did eventually reply and had set up a new server but that went down and they have not replied to emails for over a month now. They now appear to have shut off access to my account and will not reply to my request for a refund due to the non-provision of service to my funded account.
