As Board Treasurer, I worked directly with Mr. Kirschner to secure bank financing for our condo association. Mr. Kirschner was always proactive and responsive to the many challenges this process entailed and demonstrated great perseverance throughout the process, which actually extended over a year due to a variety of circumstances. The successful closing of our bank loan provided us with tremendous financial benefit and we owe this to Mr. Kirschner's professionalism and dedication.
