In all honesty you guys are the worst broker! I can't understand how I NEVER used a Debit/Credit card to deposit into my account but yet still I am limited to withdraw via a debit/credit for the first withdrawal. You guys make things extremely difficult! It would have been so much easier to just withdraw with the initial method used to pay whether it's Crypto, Debit, Credit or Wire. You guys claim to have 24/7 support but I have waited more than 4 hours to get a response and still haven't gotten any, this doesn't make any sense. I definitely will not recommend you guys to anyone!!!
