Signing up was easy. I got my bank account information uploaded without much stress. Techberry had a problem on day one getting my ID to upload. I did that the next day and it went fine. After I signed up I had a question about the ID problem so I sent a message that has not been answered as of now. The next day when I went to see what was going on I found that I could now upload my id and that is complete. ***Next I did not receive any welcome email or other information to explain how the process works after signing up and while I was working on the ID upload I noticed that they have **"Support 24/7"** I decided that chatting on line would be the easiest so I sent a message. This is what I received twice while waiting for a reply. "The chat has been closed due to long user inactivity." So I have sent this question to them "What does it mean when it says 24/7 support?" and I will keep you updated on the response. In no way do I think that my first 26 hours is a sign not to participate but I will update you on the next 144 hr.

Once their support didn't respond to my chat either, but to be fair, it only happened once, and if I remember correctly, it was on Sunday. As I understand, it seems like on weekends and holidays, they have significantly fewer operators than on weekdays and they probably can't keep up with the large volume of chats. Otherwise, I would rate their support at 4 out of 5, no more.
