Optimus Futures

Great platform. Fast execution. Better commission rates. I wish they have a referral program because I have referred more than a dozen individuals / companies and didn’t get anything in return except for two words, Thank you!

Optimus futures is one of the best companies in the sea of brokerages. They have a great platform and reasonable rates, but the thing that makes the biggest difference is the team and the level of support they provide. The team over at Optimus is top notch. They not only help you get started with great guides and videos, but they are also responsive over email and seem to genuinely want to help. I had a great experience and I would recommend this brokerage to anyone and everyone.

I was new with Optimus Futures last year and I had many questions about the setups, connecting, funding etc. To much to name them all here. I mostly had contact with Jake Montag he was really wonderful and patient with my questions. The software from this company also offers better solutions with access and datafeed than a local European broker. So they named it correctly with the name Futures.

The customer support team at Optimus Futures has been very helpful to resolve any issues I have encountered. For any inquiries I presented, I was provided a timely response and with clear guidance to address my question - this includes addressing follow-up questions.

I honestly never had any issues with the software and they're very quick to follow up with any questions I've had. Helpful and overall my experience has been great.

I decided to switch platforms and data feeds, and Jake helped me make it a seamless transition, doing a great job helping me as always.

Mainly use their OptimusFlow trading platform. Overall good user experience and is updated fairly regular. Been using it for roughly a year now and have not experience any major issues. They do provide some additional services like journal, news stuff, etc. Only use journal and this adequate.Customer service is overall quick and knowledgeable.

There margin fee is way too high. What I remember it was $600. I started with $1000 account knowing that I only need to have $100 to get it started but when you’re trading around it’s not clear that the margin is $600 and from shopping around at other brokerage $600 is way too high. AMP is way better. what type of brokerage owner charges $600 to margin? A POS… especially to traders that are looking to Optimus because they have small accounts.

And that's my reason for choosing Optimus after much research and demo accounts at several firms. Shoutout to Jake, who very patiently and professionally answered all my questions and dealt with all sorts of technical problems I encountered with the platform/datafeed when I tried the demo account back in September-October last year. I opened a real account because of him.The actual account setup was somewhat confusing, with the account with Optimus and the account with FCM, but that hiccup was solved again by Jake. I feel like I'm in good hands at Optimus.
