It is funny that the response from RFP is to contact support for our issues. RFP Support is one of their main problems! I was finally given my funded account credentials for not asking for a refund when the switched their system back in January. They offered better terms because of this, but the contract they sent did not have the updated terms. I have been trying for a year to get the new contract with no results as usual. Now I finally heard back and now found out that the live account that was issued has now been closed, what they offer now is a 30% discount to send them even MORE money! This company is 100% CRAP! I am considering a lawsuit. I would be willing to open this up to class action if others are interested. You can find me on Facebook. Horrible experience with this shambolic company. Sadly I stuck with them when they were going through a bad time. They had connection problems with the server and I was not able to trade for 2 weeks, without any replies to my emails, They did eventually reply and had set up a new server but that went down and they have not replied to emails for over a month now. They now appear to have shut off access to my account and will not reply to my request for a refund due to the non-provision of service to my funded account.

I have been asking for literally months for help.The Phase 2 login details they sent me do not work.They keep saying "download the terminal".I have several times. I can not login despite repeated requests.Should they help me and get this rectified, I am more than happy to remove this review.But after repeated requests, I remain very sceptical.BTW, I wish they were as responsive to their support chat as they are to combating their poor reviews!

I purchased a Challenge of $200k in January. Heard nothing, then cancelled a few weeks later in February. Requested a refund, then in March was sent details of a funded account.The email told me to cancel the refund.I had purchased elsewhere, so persisted in the refund through March. Still nothing. Now June raised the complaint again. Request refund. The reply was to continue trading your account !!I never opened an account. On logging in to the platform I can't even see the details of the original order. Yet it shows a nil profit on a $200k trading account active since March.

Totally fraudulent and scam company. Stay far away from them. I was scammed out over 1400$ when I bought their 400k challenge and pass. The day I asked for withdrawal that was the day they banned me because they could not payout my $20k withdrawal request. They give demo account after passing the challenge meaning they never have any money to fund anybody. To be deceived by this scam company.

Brutal and clueless service. Passed and was awarded a 200k account months ago. Have been waiting for a payout for almost 4 months. They migrated brokers twice since then and now have no record of my account or proof of purchase even though I sent them the blockchain ID (I paid with crypto) along with their emails giving me new login credentials each time they changed brokers. This prop firm is brutal.

Third class scammer prop firm they pay withdrawal they just theif your hard money and say maintenance work please wait be patient blah blah but they always lie all reviews on trust pilot are fake.never trust this third class scammer prop firm in this industry

TLDR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you're here....trust your instinct and stay away.I've had the same experience as another reviewer here. I passed phase one and never received any sort of update or a verification account. After weeks of nothing I got an email that they were migrating all accounts to a new dashboard. This new dashboard had no history of my previously passed evaluation. Instead, they gave me credentials to a "Free Retake" account. After 13 days they closed this account for no reason. Where is my evaluation? Where is my verification?Support is non-existent. I used their "chat" support and after a lengthy wait their only response was to send them an email with proof of purchase. Still no response.

Keep promising improvements but have not delivered payouts nor funded accounts. Discord is closed for comments for a reason folks so you should think long and hard before you buy anything from this company. There are 100+ ppl waiting on accounts and payouts for 3 months. while they keep saying we are moving to new servers, Changing brokers blah blah blah. Always another excuse to say next week we resolve everything. Only two ppl work for this company Charles and Steve. Everything is run on two email addresses with no responses provided. Yet another scam company meant to take away your hard earned cash. Go for the top programs and not these firms.
