I'm coming over from Forex and new to Futures. The support with Optimus has been very timely to respond and extensive. I don't feel like they ever rush me and I am never neglected. Jake goes above and beyond to make sure I have help choosing and transitioning to new platforms, and is a great guy to talk to in general.
